How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1 working day and delivered within 1–2 working days across the UK. You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only deliver within the United Kingdom. For international enquiries, please email us at orders@regenza.co.uk.

How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on all orders over £50 (after discounts). For orders under £50, a standard shipping fee of £3.95 applies.

My parcel hasn’t arrived – what should I do?
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 5 working days, please check the tracking link provided in your dispatch email. If you still need assistance, contact us at delivery@regenza.co.uk with your order number.
