Can I return a product?

Yes. You can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

How do I request a refund?

Email returns@regenza.co.uk with your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving your returned item.

What if my product is damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at return@regenza.co.uk, including photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund promptly.
