5. Orders & Acceptance
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.
Your order is accepted once payment is verified and the products have been dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including stock unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day and deliver within 1–2 working days across the UK.

In accordance with UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products. Furthermore, Regenza extends this to allow returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

If you subscribe to a recurring order plan, you authorise Regenza to charge your chosen payment method at regular intervals.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us at support@regenza.co.uk.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Regenza and Karlka Prod. Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
